{"id":2646,"date":"2020-06-10T16:19:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-10T14:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tecsasrl.it\/servizi-analisi-rischio\/"},"modified":"2020-10-22T14:55:22","modified_gmt":"2020-10-22T12:55:22","slug":"servizi-analisi-rischio","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tecsasrl.it\/en\/specializzazioni\/gestione-rischio\/analisi-rischio-industriale\/servizi-analisi-rischio\/","title":{"rendered":"Risk analysis services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Below are the main services that constitute the &#8220;core&#8221; of TECSA S.r.l. activities in the field of industrial risk analysis and prevention of major accidents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Risk Identification, using Hazard Compatibility Matrixes, Check Lists, Preliminar Hazard Analysis (PHA), Hazard and Operability Studies (Hazop), Historical Analysis, Indexed Methods, &#8220;What if&#8221; Analysis, Failure Modes, Effects and Critically Analysis (FMECA), Incident Reviews, Independent Protection Level Analysis (LOPA), Initial HAZID Analysis, Human Reliability Assessment (HRA);<\/li>\n<li>estimation of release frequencies and\/or incident scenarios, using databases and methodologies such as fault and\/or event trees;<\/li>\n<li>Estimation of the Consequences, by means of mathematical modelling of the release of hazardous substances and the consequent possible accidental scenarios such as the dispersion of toxic and\/or flammable products, fire from pits or jets, confined and non-contained explosion (UVCE), BLEVE;<\/li>\n<li>estimation of the consequences of accidental events with traditional calculation codes (also 3D) and CFD\/CFD+FEM;<\/li>\n<li>preparation of Yard Safety Reports, and Safety Reports for the Nulla Osta di Fattibilit\u00e0 (NOF) phase and for the Detailed Design (PP) phase, in accordance with current legislation for the prevention of major accidents (Legislative Decree 105\/2015);<\/li>\n<li>preparation of Non-Aggravation Documentation of the pre-existing Significant Accident Risk Level (NNA), in accordance with current legislation for the prevention of major accidents;<\/li>\n<li>risk analysis to verify the essential safety requirements of the whole, in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Standard (PED);<\/li>\n<li>technical assistance during the Instructions Stages with the relevant Authorities;<\/li>\n<li>development of Manuals and Procedures for Safety Management Systems for the Prevention of Major Accidents, implementation support, audits and assistance during inspection visits conducted by the competent authority;<\/li>\n<li>SIL Assessment (SIL Allocation, SIL Verification) according to CEI EN 61511 standards (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tecsasrl.it\/en\/specializzazioni\/gestione-rischio\/analisi-rischio-industriale\/sicurezza-funzionale-e-gestione-allarmi-industria-di-processo\/\">see specific paragraph<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>verification of territorial compatibility pursuant to LD 105\/2015 and the criteria laid down in the Ministerial Decree of 9 May 2001;<\/li>\n<li>Root Cause Analysis (Root Cause Analysis, Tripod Beta, Bow-Tie) including post-incidental investigation (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tecsasrl.it\/en\/specializzazioni\/ingegneria-altri-servizi\/ingegneria-forense\/\">specific paragraph<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>security risk assessment (SVA) according to AIChE-CCPS guidelines;<\/li>\n<li>cyber-security risk assessment of automation and process control systems (IACS) according to IEC 62682.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For more than 40 years, the core business of specialist in-depth analysis activities has been linked to risk analysis, assessment and management services for highly complex industrial companies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1486,"parent":2647,"menu_order":58,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-2646","page","type-page","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
