The intervention relates to a new industrial area within which several “subject activities” fall under Presidential Decree 151/2011 (Activities: 3.7.B, 3.8.B, 9.2.C, 13.1.A, 49.3.C, 54.2.C).
The assessment included the entire project area, even though there are also “non-subject activities” within the analysis perimeter, with the aim of carrying out a comprehensive and coordinated fire risk assessment.
The subject activities within the area are regulated both by Ministerial Decree 03/08/2015 and subsequent amendments and by specific technical regulations, therefore the assessment takes into account all the regulatory requirements of both the Fire Prevention Code and the individual specific regulations.
For each analysis lot, compliance with all the Fire Prevention Strategies as per Ministerial Decree 03/08/2015 as amended and supplemented was ascertained.
